926,909. Girders etc.; casings. T. H. KEIGHLEY. Jan. 6, 1961 [Oct. 16, 1959], No. 31534/59. Class 20 (4). [Also in Group XXV] An appliance for securing cladding members to a girder comprises a single length of spring wire or metal rod contoured to provide spaced jaws adapted to engage with and automatically grip the opposing sides of a flange to the girder 15 and to engage and support the edges of a pair of cladding members 16, 17 arranged at right angles to each other. As shown, the wire or rod is bent to provide three spaced jaws A, B, C which are parallel to each other and two spaced jaws D, E which are parallel to each other and at right angles to the jaws A, B, C. The jaws A, B grip the girder flange the jaws B, C grip the cladding member 16 and the jaws D and E grip the cladding member 17.
