912,515. Golf accessories. CADY, H. F. Aug. 24, 1961 [Aug. 27, 1960; Feb. 24, 1961], Nos. 29643/60 and 6804/61. Class 132 (2). A disc 6 of magnetizable material, such as steel, for marking the position of a temporarily lifted golf ball, is held in place on a putter by means of a button magnet 3, which may either be secured at the upper end of the putter shaft, or be slipped into a recess formed in the heel portion 21 of the putter head 20. In the former case, the magnet 3 is mounted in a housing 1 and screwed to the core 15 of the putter shaft.
