Abstract

Pharmaceutical preparations comprise the antifungal antibiotic lagosin (see Specification 884,711 in Group IV (b)), together with one or more antibacterial antibiotics such as chloramphenicol, erythromycin, streptomycin, dihydrostreptomycin, neomycin, bacitracin, gramicidin, benzyl penicillin, penicillin V, tetracycline, oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline. The preparations may be in liquid form such as suspensions, syrups, elixirs and aqueous dispersions or in solid form as capsules, tablets, sachets, powders, pessaries and ointments, and may contain conventional pharmaceutical ingredients.
