Class 106(5) A device for dispensing measured quantities of liquid from a bottle h comprises a vertically slidable tubular plunger j which may be raised against the resistance of a spring k to enable a measured quantity of liquid to discharge from a chamber a through ports r, the passage through the plunger and the passage c from the bottle to the chamber being divided by blades g and g<SP>1</SP> respectively, to prevent air locks. The plunger carries a head m to control the inlet and outlet openings and is operated by a trarsverse member s provided with a drip cup t. A resilient sleeve d and a ring clip W connected by a post v to an arm u secure the device to the bottle.
