Abstract

730,452. Clamp fastenings. ENGLISH ELECTRIC CO., Ltd. March 28,1952 [April 2, 1951], No. 24493/53. Divided out of 714,686, [Group XIX]. Class 44. [Also in Group XIX] A flanged case for electrical equipment is mounted in an aperture in a panel with the aid of detachable brackets 4 having portions 5 for engagement with slots provided by plates 2 secured to the casing, and screws 7 which engage the rear of the panel. Bent up side wings 8 bear against the plates 2 to limit bending of the brackets. Plates 11 with resilient tongues 12 are provided for holding the casing in the hole while the brackets are being fitted.
