688,732. Closures for containers. DAHLIN, O. G. Feb. 1, 1951 [Feb. 3, 1950], No. 2517/51. Class 125(iii) A closure for dispensing tubes &c. of the type in which the contents can be dispensed without removal of the cap comprises a member 3 with resilient downwardly extending parts 5 with notches 11 engaged by a snap action with projections 10 on the internal wall of the neck 9, and a conical head portion 4 adapted to close an aperture 8 in the cap 7. When the cap is unscrewed as shown the contents passes through lateral aperture 6 in the member 3 and through the aperture 8 in the cap. Shoulders 12 on the member 3 prevent it being forced inwards on tightening the cap.
