Abstract
470,172. Handles. PICARD, P. Feb. 18, 1937, No. 4884. Convention date, Feb. 21, 1936. [Class 61 (i)] A multiple. screwdriver comprises a number of flat screwdrivers of increasing size, each recessed to receive the one of next smaller size. In the form shown in Fig. 1, comprising three blades A, B and C, the edges of the blades and recesses are curved so that the blades are slidably guided one within the other. In another construction, Fig. 8, the blades D, E, F are mounted on a pivot G and may be fitted in a flat casing K. The recesses in the blades need not be entirely open but may comprise a thin web N, Fig. 9.
