Abstract
322,115. Charlier, C., and Errera, A. Dec. 17, 1928. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Heating and cooking vessels. -A milk boiling vessel is provided with a false bottom 4 formed with a central chimney 5. Milk heated in the lower compartment thus provided flows up the chimney on boiling and passes into the annular space between the chimney and the vessel, where it does not become overheated. The part 4 may be fixed to the vessel, or, as shown on the left of the Figure, it may have a threaded flange 8 engaging with the vessel, or again a springy flange 9 as shown on the right of the Figure.
