Abstract

Connector assembly (100) connecting a first element (21) to a second tubular element (23). Locking dogs (31, 631) move into locking position by sliding against the actuation member, wherein they engage a locking profile (39), wherein the actuation member (27, 627) or the locking dogs, have the following set of faces: a moving face, a tensioning face (203, 703) and a holding face (205, 705). The tensioning face (203, 703) and the moving face (201, 701) exhibit a positive angle with respect to the axial direction. The tensioning face (203, 703) exhibits a smaller angle than the moving face (201, 701). The holding face (205, 705) exhibits a smaller angle than the tensioning face (203, 703). The holding face (205, 705) is arranged between the moving face (201, 701) and the tensioning face (203, 703).
