One end of each fixing lug 341 is fixed on the reinforcing crossbar 343, and the other end of each fixing lug 341 is fixed on an outer sidewall of the water tank 31. Herein, the shape of the fixing lug 341 is not limited, provided it can make a connection between the water tank 31 and the reinforcing crossbar 343. Preferably, the fixing lug 341 is Z-shaped and comprises a first vertical section, a second vertical section, and a horizontal section connecting the first vertical section and the second vertical section. The first vertical section is fixed on the outside of the water tank 31 by screwing or welding, the horizontal section is disposed on the reinforcing crossbar 343, and the second vertical section is fixed on the reinforcing crossbar 343 by screwing or welding.
Further, please refer to Fig 2. In this embodiment, the heating element 32 is in a column structure. The heating element 32 is inserted into the water tank 31, and is electrically connected to the control circuit board 331. In this way, when the control circuit board 331 controls the heating element 32 to generate heat, water stored in the water tank 31 is heated.
Alternatively, please refer to Fig. 3. In this embodiment, the water tank 31 is a water tank in the form of the elliptical cylinder, the heating element 32 has a semicircular arc shape that is attached to the outer side of the bottom end of the elliptical cylinder, and electrically connected to the control circuit board 331. In this way, when the control circuit board 331 controls the heating element 32 to generate heat, the heat is transmitted to water storage in the water tank 31 through the bottom end of the water tank 31. Of course, the water tank can also be other shapes depending on the actual requirements, not limited here.
Please refer to Fig. 4, in this embodiment, a pressure sensor 35 is provided in the water tank 31, the pressure sensor 35 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 331 for detecting whether water is stored in the water tank 31. Specifically, the pressure sensor 35 is configured to detect whether water is stored in the water tank 31, so that the heating element 32 can be prevented from bum out. Further, when the pressure sensor 35 detects that there is no water in the water tank 31 or the amount of water is insufficient, the power supply of the heating element 32 will be turned off automatically. Even if the heating button is pressed to start the heating process, the heating element 32 is neither powered nor heated, ensuring that the heating element 32 will not bum out. At the same time, a prompt for adding water to the water tank 31 is made in real time, or water is added to the water tank 31 by controlling the water inlet pipeline through the control circuit board 331.
Please now refer to Fig. 2 and Fig. 4. In this embodiment, a temperature sensor 36 is provided in the water tank 31, the temperature sensor 36 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 331 for detecting the temperature of water in the water tank 31. Specifically, the temperature sensor 36 can detect the temperature of water in the water tank 31 in real time, so as to avoid accidental scalding from during cleaning due to excessively high temperatures inside the water tank 31, and thereby ensure the safe use of the flushing and heating device 3. Moreover, when the temperature sensor 36 detects that the temperature is excessively high, an alarm or caution can be provided in real time to inform the user of the current water temperature in the water tank 31. Similarly, setting a temperature set point or range and using the temperature sensor 36 can make the flushing and heating device 3 more intelligent, the elderly and children can learn quickly how to use, and thus the application scope is wider.
Please now refer to Fig. 4. In this embodiment, the control system 13 further comprises a memory storage module 37, the memory storage module 37 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 331 and configured to store a preset upper threshold temperature value of water in the water tank 31. When the temperature sensor 36 detects the water temperature in the water tank 31 reaches the preset upper threshold temperature value in the memory storage module 37, the control circuit board 331 controls the heating element 32 to disconnect the power supply. Specifically, the setting of the memory storage module 37 may be configured to store the preset upper threshold temperature value of water in the water tank 31. For example, if the preset upper threshold temperature of heated water in the water tank 31 is 40 °C, and the temperature sensor 36 detects that the water temperature in the water tank 31 is 40°C, then the temperature sensor 36 feeds back the signal of the water temperature in the water tank 31 to the control circuit board 331 in real time, such that the control circuit board 331 can control the heating element 32 to disconnect the power supply. Accordingly, the heating element 32 no longer performs heating so as to avoid the water temperature in the water tank 31 from exceeding 40°C. This design can effectively avoid accidental scaling caused by the water temperature in the water tank 31 being excessively high. The use of the flushing and heating device 3 is safer, and is safety assured even if it is used by the elderly and children on the family.
Further, the memory storage module 37 of the control system 33 may be disposed in a manner of a circuit board.
In this embodiment, the memory storage module 37 is further configured to store a preset upper heating time threshold of the heating element 32 each time, when the powered time of the heating element 32 reaches the preset upper time threshold of the memory storage module 37, the control circuit board 331 controls the heating element 32 to disconnect the power supply. Specifically, the memory storage module 37 is further configured to store an upper time threshold of the heating of the heating element 32, and the upper time threshold may be 3 minutes to 6 minutes. Specifically, the heating time of the heating element 32 may be 3 minutes, 4 minutes, 5 minutes or 6 minutes. For example, if the longest heating time of the heating element 32 is set to 3 minutes, then the control system 33 automatically calculates the heating time of the heating element 32 once the heating element 32 is activated. When the heating element 32 heats for 3 minutes, the control circuit board 331 disconnects the power supply of the heating element 32, thereby preventing the heating element 32 from continuing to generate heat, avoiding the water temperature in the water tank 31 becoming excessively high. This ensures that there is no accidental scalding due to the excessively high water temperature in the water tank 31.
That is to say, in this embodiment, the water temperature in the water tank 31 is controlled to a certain value by double insurance provided by the memory storage module 37 so as to effectively ensure that accidental scalding does not occur due to an excessive water temperature in the water tank 31.
In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the toilet body 2 is further provided with a power button 60 and a heating button 70, the power button 60 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 331 to control the connection or disconnection of the power supply of the control circuit board 331, the heating button 70 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 331 to control the connection of the power supply of the heating element 32. Specifically, in the absence of the power button 60, the entire flushing and heating device 3 is always in a power-off state, that is, the flushing and heating device 3 will not be electrically heated, and the flushing and heating device 3 in this embodiment can still have flushing function at room temperature. When the heating button 70 is not triggered, the heating element 32 is always in the power-off state, and does not automatically cycle and heat water in the water tank 31.
In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2, the toilet body 2 is further provided thereon with a heating indicator light 71, the heating indicator light 71 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 331 to indicate that the heating element 32 either connected or disconnected to/from the power supply. Specifically, when the heating element 32 is in the powered state, heating indicator light 71 is lit; and when the heating element 32 is in a power off state, heating indicator light 71 is extinguished. In this way, the user can determine in real time whether the heating element 32 is in a heat-generating state so as to know the current working status of flushing and heating device 3.
Further, heating indicator light 71 is preferably disposed in the middle of the heating button 70.
Please refer to Fig. 4, the control system 33 further comprises a leakage protection module 80. The leakage protection module 80 is electrically connected with the control circuit board 331 and is configured to control the control circuit board 331 to automatically disconnect the power supply when an electrical leakage occurs.
By the setting of the leakage protection module 80, when an electric leakage occurs in the flushing and heating device 3, the leakage protection module 80 can automatically operate to cut off the power supply of the control circuit board 331, so that the entire flushing and heating device 3 is in a power-off state, thus can effectively avoid the occurrence of electric shock in the event of electric leakage, and thereby ensure safe installation and use of the flushing and heating device 3.
