Abstract

An anti-theft device for a shoulder bag, purse, handbag or the like having a compartment closed by a zipper fastener and a shoulder strap comprising a ring which may be used to secure the puller of the zipper fastener to the strap of the shoulder bag, purse, handbag or the like so as to prevent it being opened.

DESCRIPTION
The patent is to cover an anti-theft device to be fitted onto handbags or any bag with a strap and zip.
The device would consist of a circular ring which attaches to handbag strap and zip preventing shoplifters opening bags fitted with this device, bag can be opened when strap of bag is pulled through circular ring at the same time as zip is opened.
The device could be made from any rigid material such as metal or soft material such as stiff leather or similar that cannot be easily cut through.
