Abstract

A device to stop a person snoring and disturbing anyone close by which may also teach the snorer to wake up unaided at the first sound of his/her snoring after a period of time. Preferably the device comprises a battery operated microphone which clips onto the clothing or bed connected to an ear piece which amplifies the sound of snoring to wake the user. Vibration or a mild electric shock may also be given to the user if snoring is detected by the microphone either via the ear piece or a wrist strap. Over time the device conditions the user to wake up automatically when he/she starts snoring without relying on the device.

Description

Stop Snoring Deyi Simple ba44ry operated microphone (like one used in TV interviews that clips onto clothing) or on the bed head board with on-off and volume control switch connected to an ear piece (small speaker) that fits in the ear. This connection can be by remote or fine wire. As soon as the snoring sound starts, the sound will be received in the ear piece, only amplified & will wake-up the snorer and so stopping the snoring.
A second device that vibrates (like one in mobile phones) with on-off and volume control switch, when it receives the snoring sound from the mic, which is linked to it in the same way as in the ear piece, it will vibrate with the appropriate intensity sufficient to wake up the snorer.
A third device to transform the sound of snoring received from the mic. through the same links as an ear piece into an electrical voltage (current) that sends a mild & safe electrical shock (like that of some joke toys) enough to wake up the snorer.
Any of these three devices will wake up the snorer without waking or disturbing the sleep of any one nearby. One, two or even the three devices can be connected to the same one microphone at bed time. The devise that vibrates and the electric shock devise can be made as one devise, or two separate devises and can be worn at bed time with a strap similar to that of a wristwatch.
All three of these devices can be made using existing technology.
There is a great need for such devices worldwide and they could be sold at affordable prices, making great gifts to partners and friends. Millions of them will sell and the royalties for this should be a areat deal.
