Abstract

The marking comprises an engraving of the vehicle registration number using an electric engraving tool.

Description

Vehicle Wheel trims Security Engraving (Description) Motor vehicle Wheel trims are usually made of plastic in the event of a set of four being stolen. They can be used without detection on any vehicle with the same wheel size.
By engraving the vehicle's registration number on each wheel trim by using an electric engraving tool.
Would prevent any potential theft as they could not be used on any other vehicle without being detected.

    1. A method of whereby vehicle wheel trims are engraved with the vehicles registration number by using an electric engraving tool engraved wheel trims cannot be used on any other vehicle thus act as a deterrent to theft
