238,707. Gaunt, C. F. Aug. 29,1924. Fittings, internal; contents, facilitating access to; fittings, external.-A case for cigarettes, treasury notes, cards, &c., is provided with spring clips or plates 4, 5, pivotally mounted, to retain the contents in position and with finger holes 9. 10 in one or both halves 1, 2 for facilitating the removal of the contents. The plates 4, 5 which may be staggered as shown, are preferably controlled by springs 6, 7. A ring or hook for attaching a chain may be incorporated in the snap fastenings 8 of the case.
