Abstract

An L-leucine-13-motilin is prepared which contains an L-leucine in the 13-position instead of the L-norleucine according to the Main Patent. Compared to the known norleucine-motilin, the leucine-motilin has the advantage that it can be simply prepared with equally good biological activity and is particularly easily broken down in the body.
