Abstract
1425874 Gripping tools SCOBIE & JUNOR Ltd 3 Dec 1974 [4 Dec 1973] 56068/73 Heading B4W A tool for putting net on a mandrel used for meat packing, comprises an elongate resilient member 10 formed in the shape of a circle with a gap 11 in the circumference of the circle between the ends of the member, a pair of elongate handles 12, 13 each mounted on the member adjacent each other on opposite sides of the gap and extending outwardly and laterally of the circumference of the circle, a further elongate handle 14 mounted on the member diametrically opposite the gap and extending outwardly and laterally of the circumference of the circle, and a layer 15 of abrasive material covering at least a portion of the surface of the member on the inside of the circle.
