1402790 Locking hinges BREMSHEY AG 25 June 1973 [30 June 1972] 30131/73 Heading E2F [Also in Division A4] A vehicle seat which is adjustable in height and/or inclination (see Division A4) may be provided with a backrest which is adjustable about a horizontal axis 4, the backrest 5 being locked in the adjusted position by the engagement of a toothed sector 11 on the backrest with a toothed member 10 movably mounted on the seat rest mounting bracket 3, member 10 being moved into and out of engagement with sector 11 by a lever pivoted to the bracket 3 and provided with a pin 8 extending through an arcuate slot in the bracket and a straight slot in member 10.
