Abstract

1373052 Vehicle look-out devices J L N Y LEGARRETA 30 June 1972 [10 July 1971] 30773/72 Heading B7J A vehicle optical viewing device comprises a rear view mirror having a housing 1 containing a movable mirror reflector 4 which housing is attachable at 3 to the vehicle body 2, an arm 5 pivotally mounted at one end of the housing by resilient means 6 so as to be capable of being folded over the housing and movable relative to the housing to several positions and a second optical viewing device 9, which may be a front viewing device or rear view mirror, carried by an arm 8 slidable in a bore in the arm 5, whereby the device can provide a longer field of vision from a given point.
