Abstract
1,208,217. Ion-exchange. ROUMANIA, MINISTER OF ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES. 13 May, 1968, No. 22640/68. Heading B1J. Ion-exchangers exhausted with bivalent metal ions are regenerated with sulphuric acid of at least 4 per cent concentration is used as regenerant. The regeneration takes place in the presence of a complexing agent for bivalent metals at a velocity of 2 to 15 volumes of regenerating solution per volume of resin per hour.
