Abstract
1,204,870. Baker's ovens. FR. WINKLER K.G. 12 Dec., 1967, No. 56466/67. Heading A2A. A baker's oven comprises at least one heat radiator 3-6, Fig. 1, located below and/or above the conveyer belt 1 and through which hot air is also blown, the radiator comprising alternate ducts for heating gas and for hot air. Each radiator, Fig. 3, comprises parallel plats 22, 23 and a zig-zag divider 24, to produce ducts of triangular or trapezoidal cross-section. Ducts 25 convey the heating medium, e.g. hot gases, to provide radiant heat. Alternate ducts 26 convey hot air which is further heated by contact with the zig-zag divider 24 and is blown out of nozzles 19 to provide convection heat, and is recirculated or is exhausted by fan 20. The hot air circulation is adjustable.
