Abstract

1290832 Rack stands HENRY BARRETT & SONS Ltd 14 Dec 1970 [16 Jan 1970] 2166/70 Heading A4H A rack unit comprises at least two tubular metal rectangular frames 1 each provided with a tubular pillar 2, the frames 1 being joined by at least one tubular cross-member 8 welded to the bottom members 4 and pillars 2, each pillar 2 having an upper spigot 7 and a lower socket 6 so that units can be socketed together in superposed relationship to form a rack for metal bars &c. The frames 1 include upper location plates 9. Tubular cross-members 15 have end location plates 16 resting on supports 14, 13 on pillars 2 and a removable tubular pillar 12 provided with a spigot 11 engaged in a socket 10 on member 8.
