Abstract

1,254,057. Composition comprising glycocoll and vincamine hydrochloride. L. OLIVIER and O. ALBERT. 24 April, 1969, No. 21084/ 69. Heading A5B. A therapeutic composition comprises a freeze-dried mixture of the alkaloid vincamine hydrochloride and a sufficient amount of glycocoll so that, in aqueous solution under the conditions of use, the mixture has a pH of 6-7. For administration the mixture is generally combined with a therapeutically administrable vehicle and may be in the form of an injectable liquid, tablets, capsules or suppositories. Sodium mercurothiolate may also be present.
