Abstract
1,135,079. Letter-cards. M. DONOVAN. 20 Aug., 1966, No. 37416/66. Heading B6A. A letter-card comprises a zig-zag folded writing sheet 10 comprising address panel 17 and correspondence panels 23, 25, the panels 17 and 23 defining a pocket 22 in which is received section 29 of an envelope sheet 26 having a further narrower and intermediate section 28 and a third section 27 provided with sealing tabs 31 whereby the letter-card is completed by folding flaps 45, Fig. 5, of the section 29 and disposed in the pocket 22 back on to the panel 25 over which is then folded the intermediate section 28, Fig. 11, and the downwardly depending third section 27 is folded upwardly to partially overlie the lower portion of the address panel 17, the sealing tabs 31 being finally adhered to the intermediate section 28. Provision of flaps 45 prevents tampering with the letter card and unauthorized inspection of the communication.
