Novel compounds of formula and acid addition salts thereof in which " Het " represents a pyrimidinyl radical attached in the 4-position, or a pyrazinyl, s-triazinyl or quinazolinyl radical which may be unsubstituted or substituted by one or two lower alkyl radicals containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, by lower alkoxy radicals containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms or by an amino group, or represents a pyrimidinyl radical attached in the 2-position which is mono-substituted by a halogen atom or by a carboxy, carbethoxy or carbethoxy-methoxy group or disubstituted by an ethoxy radical and a carboxy or carbethoxy radical, are prepared by reaction of a compound of formula with a compound of formula Halogen-Het optionally in the presence of an acid acceptor and optionally followed by salt formation. Pharmaceutical compositions in conventional forms for oral, rectal or parenteral administration and having use as peripheral vasodilators and bronchodilators comprise an above novel compound or salt and one or more carriers and/or diluents.
