Abstract

1,159,200. Porous cement and plaster product. W. O. HEINZE. 16 May, 1967 [20 May, 1966], No. 22573/67. Heading C1H. A quick-setting composition contains from 7.5 to 125 pounds of calcined calcium sulphate hemihydrate or an equivalent amount of the anhydrite, from 5 to 50 pounds of kaolin, from 1 to 10 ounces of an air-entraining agent and from 2 to 30 ounces of a setting retarder for each 94 pounds of Portland cement. Sand, stones and acrylic resin derivatives may be included in the mix. A sodium soap of a resin derived from pine-wood can be used as the airentraining agent and sodium citrate as the setting retarder.
