Abstract

104,746. Marks, E. C. R., (Laraders, Frary, & Clark.) March 18, 1916. Addition to 8509/15. Coverings and casings.-In casings for vacuum bottles and other receptacles as described in the parent Specification, the upper part or sleeve e and the cap f are both secured directly to the exterior of the upper end of the main part a of the casing. The main part a is provided with two screw-threaded portions c, d of different diameters, for engagement by the cap and sleeve respectively, to prevent entrance of liquid into the casing and to enable the cap to be removed without disengagement of the sleeve. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 5092/09 and 16586/12, [Class 29, Cooling &c.].
