Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif d’amortissement de torsion (1) comprenant un élément d’entrée (6), un élément de sortie (8), un organe accumulateur d’énergie mécanique (9), un limiteur de couple (4) adapté pour exercer un frottement entre un premier élément métallique (10) et un deuxième élément métallique (11, 12, 13), dans lequel le premier et deuxième élément métallique comprend une première et deuxième couche de revêtement (101, 111, 121, 131) dans lequel la première et deuxième couche de revêtement est une couche oxydée ou une couche de friction, la couche de friction étant composée d’au moins un élément parmi le phosphate de zinc, le phosphate de manganèse, le phosphate de fer, le nickel, le nickel-zinc, le bisulfure de molybdène, le graphite et le polytétrafluoroéthylène, étant entendu que lorsque la première couche de revêtement (101) est une couche oxydée, elle est formée directement sur une base métallique (100) du premier élément métallique (10).
