Abstract

Dans un procédé d’analyse de l’interaction d’un utilisateur avec une application informatique comportant un module serveur s’exécutant sur un serveur d’application (1) et un navigateur Internet s’exécutant sur un terminal (3, 4, 5) à disposition de l’utilisateur pour afficher un document, le module serveur et le navigateur est en communication par un réseau numérique (2). Le navigateur capte au moins un changement de la structure du document affiché dans le navigateur. On construit un arbre de contexte (AC0, AC2, AC3) lié au document juste avant le changement et on transmet l’arbre de contexte à un serveur d’analyse (6) associé à une datation du changement sur une échelle temporelle, l’arbre de contexte (AC0, AC2, AC3) caractérisant au moins une partie de la géométrie du document. On construit l’arbre de contexte (AC0, AC2, AC3) sous la forme d’un arbre de zones, chaque zone étant caractérisée au moins par une position (xl, yl) et une taille (w, h) dans un espace d’affichage (Za) du document, le procédé comprenant en outre une analyse de la collection d’arbres de contexte (AC0, AC2, AC3).
