Abstract
Procédé universel de préparation d’encres acryliques destinées aux beaux-arts et loisirs créatifs , et pour tous types de pigments, qui supprime tout phénomène de floculation ou décantation pigmentaire en raison d’un stockage immobile dans une durée prolongée, caractérisé par :- une composition faisant appel à :une résine copolymère, un glycol, un polyphosphate, des pigments de couleur, de l’eau déminéralisée, de l’ammoniac, de la cire et de l’acide , - une préparation par type d’ingrédient consistant en : = une première étape de dispersions et d’homogénéisation des pigments dans un mélange constitué selon l’ordre d’incorporation suivant : une résine copolymère acrylique styrène, un glycol, un polyphosphate, = une seconde étape d’ajustement des valeurs caractéristique de viscosité, d’acidité et de brillance du mélange, consiste à mélanger à température ambiante, avec une rotation continue dans l’ordre suivant, l’eau, un ammoniac ou de la soude , une cire et un acide, le mélange est maintenu en rotation pendant 5 à 10 minutes.Universal process for the preparation of acrylic inks intended for the fine arts and creative hobbies, and for all types of pigments, which eliminates any phenomenon of flocculation or pigmentary settling due to immobile storage for a prolonged period, characterized by:- a composition using: a copolymer resin, a glycol, a polyphosphate, color pigments, demineralized water, ammonia, wax and acid, - one preparation per type of ingredient consisting of : = a first stage of dispersions and homogenization of the pigments in a mixture constituted according to the following order of incorporation: a styrene acrylic copolymer resin, a glycol, a polyphosphate, = a second stage of adjustment of the characteristic values of viscosity , acidity and brilliance of the mixture, consists in mixing at room temperature, with continuous rotation in the following order, water, an ammonia or soda, a wax and an acid, the mixture is may held in rotation for 5 to 10 minutes.
