Abstract

La présente invention concerne un outillage (10) pour la fabrication d’une pièce de turbomachine en matériau composite, comportant un moule (20) et une bâche (30) destinée à recouvrir au moins partiellement ledit moule (20), ledit moule (20) comportant une empreinte (40) destinée à recevoir une préforme fibreuse (50) enrobée avec une résine polymérisable, l’outillage (10) comportant également un premier port (60) de mise sous vide de la préforme (50) pour la compacter entre le moule (20) et la bâche (30), ladite bâche (30) comprend deux membranes (31, 32) superposées, à savoir une membrane externe (32) de protection thermique configurée pour résister à une température jusqu’à 400°C, et une membrane interne (31) de résistance mécanique destinée à être intercalée entre la membrane externe (32), d’une part, et la préforme (50) et le moule (20), d’autre part.
