Abstract

Le procédé de fabrication comporte la superposition d'un mat de fibres (12), présentant une épaisseur initiale, et d'au moins une couche de polymère (14), l'un sur l'autre et l'un parallèlement à l'autre. L'ensemble formé par la superposition du mat (12) et de la couche (14) est ensuite chauffé, à une température supérieure ou égale à la température de fusion du polymère formant ladite couche (14). L'ensemble formé par la superposition du mat (12) et de la couche (14) est ensuite pressé, suite à quoi cet ensemble forme une peau (10) présentant une épaisseur finale, ladite épaisseur finale de la peau (10) étant supérieure à 90% de ladite épaisseur initiale du mat (12).
