Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une aube (18) creuse d’axe radial, telle qu’une aube de guidage du flux d’air dans une veine d’air secondaire d’une turbomachine, comprenant les étapes : a) Fournir une première pièce (20) dont une surface externe forme une surface d’extrados et une seconde pièce (22) dont une surface externe forme une surface d’intrados, la première pièce (20) et la seconde pièce (22) étant conformés de manière à former ensemble une aube (18) aérodynamique comportant intérieurement une cavité, b) Intercaler un noyau (42) entre la première pièce (20) et la seconde pièce (22), le noyau (42) étant monté dans ladite cavité, c) Réaliser un conformage de la première pièce (20) et de la seconde pièce (22) autour du noyau (42), le conformage comprenant une étape de soudage de la première pièce (20) avec la seconde pièce (22) au niveau d’un plan de joint commun, d) Supprimer le noyau (42).
