Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de contrôle non-destructif d'une pièce comprenant : - l'acquisition de projections tomographiques du volume de la pièce, - une première reconstruction virtuelle du volume de la pièce sur la base des projections du volume de la pièce, - une deuxième reconstruction virtuelle du volume de la pièce s'appuyant sur les projections du volume, la première reconstruction virtuelle du volume de la pièce et une modélisation du volume de la pièce par un modèle a priori. Le dispositif se caractérise par le fait que la deuxième reconstruction virtuelle du volume de la pièce repose également sur : - la séparation des incertitudes sur les projections entre des incertitudes de modèle (ξ) et des incertitudes de mesure (ε ), - la modélisation des incertitudes de modèle par une modélisation parcimonieuse, - la modélisation des incertitudes de mesure par un modèle gaussien.The invention relates to a method for non-destructive testing of a part comprising: - the acquisition of tomographic projections of the volume of the part, - a first virtual reconstruction of the volume of the part on the basis of the projections of the volume of the part , - a second virtual reconstruction of the volume of the part based on the projections of the volume, the first virtual reconstruction of the volume of the part and a modeling of the volume of the part by an a priori model.
