Abstract

Afin de réduire les émissions et d'améliorer les performances des moteurs à combustion interne par injection, on réalise une pluralité d'injection lors d'un cycle de fonctionnement du moteur. L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir une solution en effectuant un meilleur contrôle de la quantité injectée avec une séparation hydraulique très faible entre deux injections successives permettant une amélioration de la combustion. Une aiguille de vanne (14) d'un injecteur de carburant (10) s'étend le long d'un axe longitudinal (X) entre une tête d'aiguille (28) et une pointe d'aiguille (30). L'aiguille de vanne (14) a une fréquence propre (F14) de vibration d'au moins 1,3 inférieure à la fréquence propre (F114) de vibration d'une aiguille de vanne (114) de l'art antérieur adaptée à être agencée dans l'injecteur de carburant. Une des possibilités est que l'aiguille de vanne (14) comprenne une pièce additionnelle (24) ajoutée au voisinage de la tête d'aiguille (28).
