Abstract

Four (1) de cristallisation pour la production d'une série d'aubes de turboréacteur, comprenant : Une enceinte (2) définissant une zone (4) chaude et une zone (5) froide superposées ; Un écran (7) thermique périphérique entre la zone (4) chaude et la zone (5) froide ; Un plateau (9) support mobile en translation verticale ; Un moule (11) en céramique à l'empreinte des aubes, monté sur le plateau (9) support et comprenant une série de cavités (12) de moulage chacune à l'empreinte d'une aube, réparties en cercle et délimitant entre elles un volume (13) interne ; Un écran (22) thermique embarqué, entrelaçant le moule (11) et comprenant : ○ une couronne (23) centrale disposée dans le volume (13) interne du moule (11), et ○ une série de branches (24) qui rayonnent à partir de la couronne (23) centrale et s'étendent entre les cavités (12) de moulage.
