Abstract

The device has a closing part (OBT) and a safety part (SEC) that are fluorescent in color and resist to large thermal changes between hot and cold. A shutter is in a form of cylinder and inserted in a barrel. An ejection window shutter is in a form of a cylinder, where the ejection window shutter has two flat bars. The safety part has a rod and sheet or handle that are separable from each other and made of an unbreakable and flexible material.

Description

The present invention relates to a safety device for all types of firearms, intended to prevent accidents between two shots by the use of a Visual Safety Block.

Firearms can be used for hunting, sports shooting, law enforcement and defense.

Today, hunting safety has become paramount, there are many unintentional accidents, even if they are decreasing from year to year, they remain even when numerous, but especially mortal. There are various safety devices such as armbands, the cap, the cross or the fluorescent vest for the hunter to see others, but especially it is seen other hunters. These devices reduce the number of accidents, but they are not enough. In order to alleviate these various problems, the invention is a device making it possible to avoid involuntary firings when traveling between two shots.

According to a first major characteristic of the invention, the Visual Security Block is composed of two main parts the shutter and the security, this Visual Security Block must be fluorescent color and must withstand large thermal changes between hot and cold. .

According to a second characteristic of the invention, the device comprises a barrel-shaped occluder OCA and inserted into the barrel, as well as a cylinder-shaped OFE ejection window shutter having two flats. This shutter OBT must withstand the shocks of the cylinder head and the different oils used for weapons.

According to a third characteristic of the invention, the security part comprises a rod and a sheet or handle, indissociable from one another and which must be made of a flexible and unbreakable material.

The present invention appears more clearly on reading the following description and drawings, of which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the Visual Safety Block. - Figure 2 is another perspective view of the Visual Safety Block. - Figure 3 is a perspective view of the Visual Safety Block on a rifle. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the Visual Safety Block on a handgun.

Figure 1 shows a Visual Security Block with two parts, OBT shutter and SEC security. This Visual Safety Block allows the safety of the weapon because the obturator part OBT is inserted in the barrel and in the ejection window in place of the ammunition, thus preventing the bolt from moving, and thus to pull unintentionally.

Fig. 2 shows another Visual Safety Block, detailing said OBT shutter portions and SEC security. Said obturator OBT is composed of a cylindrical OCA-shaped shutter and an OFE ejection-window shutter which is also cylindrical in shape but has two flats that slide inside the weapon. The TIG rod and the POI handle of said SEC security are on the outside of the weapon in evidence, which makes it possible to see if the weapon is secure when moving between two shots, but also to see others and to be seen by other hunters with its bright color.

Figures 3 and 4 show the Visual Safety Lock in use, inserted into the barrel of a FUS rifle or an ARM weapon. Said shutter portion 25OBT is well within the barrel and the ejection window, and said SEC security portion is outwardly prominent.

The device according to the invention is particularly intended to avoid accidents between two shots by a Visual Safety Block used by all persons with firearms.

It should be noted that the previously described device can receive any element not described and falling within the scope of the invention.

The examples of embodiment and application of the invention, presented above, were chosen because of their practical nature. It would not be possible, however, to exhaustively list all the embodiments and applications covered by this invention. In particular, any means described may be replaced by equivalent means without departing from the scope of the present invention.

1) Safety device for all types of firearms, characterized in that it consists of two main parts shutter and safety which are fluorescent color and must withstand large thermal changes between hot and cold. 2) A safety device for all types of firearms according to claim 1), characterized in that it comprises a barrel-shaped OCA barrel plug inserted into the barrel, as well as a shutter with a window. OFE ejection in the form of a cylinder having two flats, the shutter OBT shock resistant to the cylinder head and the different oils used for weapons. 15 3) Safety device according to claim 1) characterized in that the security part comprises a rod and a sheet or handle, indissociable from each other and made of a flexible and unbreakable material.
