Abstract

The device has an elongated body (2) provided with a longitudinal slot whose upper part opens at a level of an upper surface of the body, and a collar (3) provided with a bridge (7), where the elongated body and the collar are formed from a single piece. The body and the collar are made of absorbable material, stainless steel or titanium, where support surface of the collar contacts a cortex and permits a column to present a low profile. The collar is positioned with an angle of 90 degrees with respect to the body.

Description

Dispositif d'ancrage d'une capsule ligamentaire sur une Structure osseuse. L'invention ci-après conçerne un dispositif d'ancrage d'une capsule ligamentaire osseuse notamment déstinée à être utilisé dans les réinsertions des ligaments lors d'une prothèse de hanche. L'invention trouvera principalement son application dans des opérations chirurgicales permettant la réparation de la capsule osseuse et du tendon pyramidal ; toutefois, le dispositif d'ancrage pourra également être utilisé dans des opérations de réparations d'autres articulations et notamment l'articulation du genou. Le dispositif d'ancrage sera utilisé pour réaliser la liaison entre l'extrémité de la capsule ou du ligament 15 sur lequel il était fixé le file de suture. En effet, lorsque la liaison entre la capsule et des ligaments sont rompue ces derniers ne peuvent se raccrocher sans intervention sur l'os et nécessite l'emploi d'un dispositif d'ancrage qui vient faire la liaison contre l'os de la capsule soit directement, 20 soit indirectement par l'intermédiaire du file de suture. Pour remplir ses fonctions, le dispositif d'ancrage doit présenter un certain nombre de caractéristiques de manière à : 25 -- réaliser un bon ancrage sur l'os. -- présenter un profil bas niveau de la surface de l'os pour éviter de détérioration du tissu ou la rupture au niveau de la tête d'agrafe, -- avoir une bonne fixation de suture tout en permettant un coulissement de ces derniers, 30 -- présenter une résistance importante aux tractions exercées par le ligament ou la capsule. -- éviter le cisaillement osseux, -- autoriser un contact important de la capsule et l'os de manière à permettre une surface de cicatrisation importante, 35 -- permettrait l'utilisation de matériau résorbable, -- permettrait la réalisation des nœuds de suture ledit dispositif d'ancrage. L'invention ainsi pour objet est un dispositif d'ancrage de la capsule ou du ligament sur une structure osseuse comprenant un corps allongé et une embase étant solidaires du corps allongé. Selon l'invention, le corps allongé comporte une fente longitudinale avec une partie supérieure débouchant sur la surface supérieure dudit corps allongés permettant l'introduction de file de suture. D'autres caractéristiques avantage invention apparaîtront plus clairement à la lecture de la description ci-après d'un exemple préférés de réalisation dans lequel la description n'est donnée qu'à titre d'exemple non limitatif et en référence aux dessins annexés parmi lesquels : La figure 1 représente selon une vue en perspective, un exemple de réalisation de dispositif d'ancrage conforme à l'invention, La figure 1 représente une vue de dessus un exemple de réalisation du dispositif d'ancrage conforme à l'invention.
