Abstract

The device (1) has a valve (2) screwed on a mouth of a container i.e. liquid bottle, containing a chamber filled with a substance. A projecting element (21) is attached to the valve and extended inside the chamber. A tearable lid (30) is carried by a piece (3) moving axially within the valve. The piece has an outer shoulder forming a stopper to limit introduction of the piece into the mouth such that displacement of the valve with respect to the piece causes the projecting element to be in contact with the lid until the lid is torn during screwing of the device on the mouth.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de bouchon permettant de relâcher une substance dans un récipient contenant un liquide. Ce dispositif de bouchon comporte une chambre de stockage d'une dose d'une substance destinée à être relâchée pour être incorporée au contenu liquide dudit récipient. Le dispositif de bouchon selon l'invention est du type constitué d'un élément d'obturation apte à être vissé sur le goulot d'un récipient de type bouteille, renfermant une chambre remplie d'une substance destinée à être relâchée dans le contenu dudit récipient, et fermée, du côté dudit récipient, par un opercule déchirable, tandis qu'un élément saillant est apte, lors de l'opération de vissage sur ledit goulot, à venir au contact dudit opercule en sorte de le déchirer au moins partiellement pour libérer ladite substance, ledit dispositif de bouchon se caractérisant essentiellement en ce que ledit élément saillant est solidaire dudit élément d'obturation et s'étend à l'intérieur de ladite chambre, et en ce que ledit opercule est porté par une pièce mobile axialement à l'intérieur dudit obturateur, qui participe à délimiter ladite chambre, et qui présente des moyens de butée lui permettant de venir en appui contre ledit goulot en sorte que lors de ladite opération de vissage le déplacement dudit obturateur par rapport à ladite pièce, amène ledit élément saillant au contact dudit opercule jusqu'à le déchirer. Dans le dessin annexé : - la figure 1 représente une vue schématique en élévation, en coupe et en éclaté d'un dispositif de bouchon selon l'invention. - la figure 2 représente une vue schématique en élévation 5 du même dispositif de bouchon. - la figure 3 représente une vue schématique en élévation du même dispositif de bouchon assujetti sur un récipient. - la figure 4 représente une vue schématique en élévation en du même dispositif de bouchon lors de sa solidarisation au 10 même récipient. Sur les figures 1 et 2, on peut voir que le dispositif de bouchon 1 selon l'invention comprend d'une part un moyen obturateur 2 comprenant un taraudage 20 et un élément saillant 21, et d'autre part une pièce 3 prévue apte à être engagée, sans 15 y être immobilisée axialement, dans le moyen obturateur 1 en sorte de délimiter une chambre 10 contenant une substance S, et qui est fermée, du côté opposé à son introduction dans le moyen obturateur 2, par un opercule 30. En référence à la figure 3 on peut voir que le dispositif 20 de bouchon 1 selon l'invention est assujetti sur le goulot 40 d'une bouteille 4. La pièce 3 présente un épaulement extérieur 31 qui constitue une butée limitant l'introduction de la pièce 3 dans le goulot 40. Sur la figure 4 on peut voir que le vissage V du dispositif 25 de bouchon 1 sur le goulot 40, par l'intermédiaire du taraudage 20 sur le filetage 41 de ce dernier, entraîne le déplacement du moyen obturateur 2 en rapprochement du goulot 40, alors que la pièce 3 demeure bloquée contre ce dernier, ce qui provoque le déplacement de l'élément saillant dans la pièce 3 et son entrée 30 en contact avec l'opercule 30, puis le déchirement de celui-ci, jusqu'à libération de la substance S qui tombe et se mélange au contenu de la bouteille 4. On notera que le taraudage 20 comporte un filet 22 qui s'étend sur une partie de la circonférence autorisant un vissage 35 sur des filetages de pas différents.
