Abstract

The sachet (1) has two parallel films (1A, 1B) sealed in peripheral edges to define an internal volume or a pliable or flexible type multi-compartment capsule (3) having two compartments (4, 5) that are separated by a medial internal separation wall (11). Each compartment contains a sample dosage of product intended to be extemporaneously mixed. Peripheral edges of the separation wall are sealed with the peripheral edges of the films. The films and the separation wall are made of unbreakable material. The sachet has fewer dimensions, and parallelepiped, rectangular or quadrangular shapes.

Description

MULTI-COMPARTMENT BAG

  The present invention relates to a container or sachet or packaging of a sample of a pharmaceutical, cosmetic, parapharmaceutical, perfumery, household or similar product.

  In order to ensure the dispatch and distribution of advertising or promotional samples by mail, press or manual, it is necessary for their packaging to be at the same time inexpensive and very resistant.

  Indeed, the packaging of the samples must meet certain constraints such as tightness, neutrality of their composition in order to ensure the integrity of the properties of the product sample contained. The packaging should not exceed a certain thickness in order to avoid excessive shipping costs and to meet the specifications of the samples distributed by press. However, these samples must also be fairly consistent in order to assure the final consumer an amount sufficient to appreciate the sample of product presented.

  In addition, the packaging must be resistant to the pressure and friction forces caused by dispensing by press, for example, to avoid tearing and splitting.

  Finally, the packaging of a sample generally has an opening system to easily lead to the extraction or flow of the product. More particularly, the small size bags are made from two films glued or heat-sealed at their edge so as to define an interior volume having at least one compartment capable of containing at least one dose of product to be dispensed as 'sample. Some products, because of their incompatibility, must be kept separately and need to be extemporaneously mixed in order to be effective or to obtain the desired chemical reaction. The devices of the prior art allow only the mixing of the doses they contain once all the products extracted one by one or inside themselves.

  The present multi-compartment pouches do not allow a wide variety of dispensing, such as by press, for example, because they contain several doses of one or more products. In addition, these samples are not strong enough.

  It is known from US Pat. No. 5,616,337 a unit dose having two chambers separated by a brittle and brittle junction to separately store two types of products. This type of device has significant disadvantages. Indeed, the weakened partition is often exploded before use. Moreover, when it burst, it disperses into fragments or particles in the resulting doses into a sample that is no longer very pure. According to Japanese Application No. JP 2002 080 048 there is illustrated a multi-compartment bag system where several substances can be stored separately. At least three layers of film are rolled and welded. Sections for their opening are arranged and the compartments thus formed are offset with respect to each other.

  This device only allows the storage of several different products and their extraction by several different flow systems and therefore through three different opening systems. This system solves the problem of volume of a multi-compartmented sample containing no weakened partition, but in no case that of the single extraction allowing mixing at the outlet of the different doses.

  The device according to the invention overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art by proposing a resistant partitioning system making it possible to obtain several doses of one or more products while being adapted to the constraints of distribution by mail, press or manual.

  The device according to the invention allows that the different doses contained are stored separately and mixed extemporaneously during their extraction and outside said packaging, thereby obtaining a good homogeneity and purity of the sample of the product.

  To this end, the aim of the present invention is to remedy the drawbacks mentioned above and consists of a bag formed of two parallel films sealed at their peripheral edges so as to delimit an internal volume or capsule comprising at least two compartments, separated by at least one partition wall, each being adapted to contain a dose of product to be mixed extemporaneously, characterized in that the peripheral edges of said partition wall are sealed with said peripheral edges of said films.

  More specifically, said films and said at least one separation wall 30 are made of an infrangible material.

  The sachet according to the invention comprises at least one wall passing through said capsule by joining its two ends in order to divide it into an equal part.

  Advantageously, said capsule, comprising at least two compartments, is flexible or flexible.

  Advantageously, the sachet according to the invention comprises means of flow or extraction of product doses and / or opening means. More specifically, said at least two compartments of said capsule contain different products that can respectively be in different physical form and / or not compatible.

  Advantageously, the sachet according to the invention may comprise at least two multi-compartmented capsules.

  Said at least two capsules may have the same opening means and / or the same flow means. It may also be provided a wafer sachets according to the invention, each comprising at least one capsule containing at least two compartments.

  The object of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art by providing a packaging, packaging, bag, bag, pouch or multi-sample container product sample that is small and resistant to any type of distribution.

  It is understood by the device according to the invention resistant, a sample meeting the requirements and strength constraints of a press distribution.   The packaging or device or bag 1 according to the invention are of small size and of parallelepipedal general shape.

  It is understood by small size of the packaging according to the invention, a bag 1 with a length of between 30 and 200 mm, a width of between 20 and 200 mm and a thickness of between 0.5 and 15 mm, for example.

  Preferably, the bag 1 is in a rectangular or ~ o quadrangular form.

  Alternatively, in order to better adhere to the desires and needs of consumers and to reproduce in miniature the actual shape of the full-size product, it is possible to consider any type of shape. The bag 1 is designed so that it is flexible or flexible and that it is intended for single use.

  The pouch according to the invention is made from two panels or films 20 or sheets 1A and 1B (shown in FIG. 11) glued or sealed or thermally welded all along their perimeter, at their peripheral edge, so as to delimiting a sealing surface 2 and an interior volume or cavity, cavity or capsule 3 comprising at least two compartments 4 and 5; each compartment being adapted to contain a dose of product sample.

  The bag 1, consisting of two films 1A and 1B, forms a capsule 3 delimited by a peripheral sealing surface 2. By way of example, the sealing surface 2 corresponds to a zone of width between 3 and 30 mm from the edge of the bag 1. In fact, the sealing surface is located on the entire contour of the bag 1.

  The capsule 3, flexible and flexible, comprising at least two compartments, therefore contains at least two doses of sample product between 0.1 and about 150 ml.

  Preferably, the compartmentalized capsule 3 comprises at least two sample doses of different products.

  By way of illustration, the capsule 3 has a length of between 10 and 200 mm, a width of between 10 and 200 mm and a thickness of between 0.1 and 15 mm, for example.   The sachet 1 makes it possible to rapidly obtain extemporaneously emulsions, dispersions and other suspensions which could not be stable after long storage within the same container.

  The device according to the invention allows the different doses contained to be kept separately and mixed extemporaneously during their extraction or their flow and outside said packaging, thus making it possible to obtain a good homogeneity and purity of the sample of products that are not compatible or relatively incompatible.

  The device according to the invention also comprises opening or tearing means 6 as well as flow or extraction means 7.

  Preferably, there is provided a capsule 3 (compartmentalized) of sample product 20 per sachet 1.

  Alternatively, at least two product sample capsules 3 may be included in the same sachet 1. In this embodiment the capsules may share the same aperture 6 and / or flow systems 7.

  For example, it may be envisaged to have two multicomponent capsules 3 in doses in the same sachet 1, provided with two different necks 7 and able to share the same opening means 6. Alternatively, the capsules 3 included in the same sachet 1 can be arranged in parallel or superimposed manner.

  It is possible to provide platelets 8 of sachets 1, separated by means of rupture 9, each comprising one or more multi-compartmented sample capsules 3 of products, as illustrated in FIG.

  FIG. 4 is a diagrammatic representation in perspective of an example of a flow system of the device according to the invention.

  It is possible to include or integrate a system or flow means 7 to the bag according to the invention.

  The flow means 7 may be in the form of chute, conduit, neck, gutter, spray, pump or any other type of extraction or flow means, known per se.

  Alternatively, the device according to the invention does not comprise flow means but only its capsule 3 of parallelepipedal general shape whose doses from its compartments will flow as such during the tearing or opening of the bag 1 and therefore of capsule 3 itself.

  The neck 7 may be centrally or eccentrically disposed on the right or left side of the capsule 3 with respect to the central main axis of the bag according to the invention.

  Thus, when opening the bag 1, the tearing may be partial or total in order to open the bag 1 and the capsule 3 or the neck 7 of said capsule.

  FIGS. 5 to 10 are partial schematic representations of examples of an opening system of the device according to the invention.

  The tearing or opening means 6 of the package 1 of a sample capsule 3 can be varied.

  It is preferable to provide the bag 1 with a single opening system 6 so that in a single gesture, the consumer can access the doses to be mixed as soon as they are extracted or flushed. The mixing of the doses of the capsule 3 is carried out at the outlet of the neck 7 or the capsule 3 of the bag 1 extemporaneously to obtain products to mix good quality and integrity at the last moment.

  The opening means 6 may conform to substantially horizontal and rectilinear perforations 10A or embrittlement zones 10B located on one end or along the periphery of the capsule 3 (or the neck 7 of said capsule) allowing facilitate tearing and access to product sample doses. The perforations 10A may also be in the form of a horizontal line having at least one of its substantially curvilinear ends.

  FIG. 7 illustrates another embodiment of facilitated opening, disclosed according to the French patent application FR 2714030, consisting of an integrated opening 10C to the films constituting the bag 1 so that a single maneuver is sufficient to tear said bag and to create an opening 6 of the capsule 3. As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 8, at least one tearing primer 10B is conceivable of the dash or diamond type or any other type of opening primer of a type known per se. disposed along the periphery of the bag 1, for example. Alternatively, a primer 10B on each end of the bag 1 may be provided.

  Alternatively, it is not necessary that the device according to the invention has an opening means 6. The final consumer will use a pair of scissors and cut the bag 1 comprising the capsule 3 or its neck 7.

  In summary, it may be provided to combine the different types of primers 10B or 10C at one or both ends of the bag 1 or disposed along the periphery of said bag, with the various forms of perforation 10A.

  Figure 11 is a schematic cross section of the device according to the invention. The device according to the invention overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art by proposing a resistant separation system 11 making it possible to obtain several doses of one or more products inside said capsule 3, while being adapted to constraints of distribution by mail, press or manual.

  The sachet according to the invention may comprise one or more capsules 3 comprising at least two compartments corresponding to at least two doses of sample of products. The separation system 11 conforms to at least one median wall or inner film of an unbreakable or tear-resistant material having a high mechanical resistance to pressure and friction forces.

  It is understood by medial wall, a wall parallel to the flexible films 1A and 1B which passes through (or passes through the middle of) the capsule 3 by joining the two ends thereof.

  The pouch according to the invention is a flexible package comprising a capsule 3 containing at least one median inner wall 11 creating at least two compartments 4 and 5 where at least two doses (of different products or not) can be provided.

  More specifically, said peripheral edges of said partition wall 11 are sealed with said peripheral edges of said films 1A and 1B.

  The medial wall 11 passing through the middle of the capsule 3, joining its two ends divides or compartmentalizes it in part equal. Thus, the partition wall 11 is common to two compartments.

  For example, a compartment is delimited on the one hand by an inner face of a film 1A or 1B and on the other hand by an inner face of a wall 11, said wall being common to two adjacent compartments 4 and 5.

  Sealing on the respective peripheral edges of the two films 1A and 1B and said at least one wall 11 is such that said films sandwich said at least one wall. When the capsule 3 has a flow means 7, the inner medial wall 11 is disposed to the end thereof. For example, the neck 7 is subdivided into X number corresponding to X desired compartments.

  The medial wall 11 allows the at least two products to keep separately stably and to mix immediately as they pass through the flow means 7 or the capsule 3 itself, after their opening via the opening means 6 .

  The expulsion or extraction of the doses contained in the capsule 3 is carried out by pressing the outer faces of the films 1A and 1B forming the bag according to the invention.

  The bag 1 thus consists of two flexible films 1A and 1B and at least one median inner wall or film 11.

  Preferably, all the films and the walls constituting the device according to the invention are made of tear-proof or non-tearable material.

  Thus the user can in a single gesture open a single sachet comprising one or more capsules 3 parallel or superimposed which are themselves compartmentalized in doses. The doses may each contain a different product.

  Advantageously, each compartment of each capsule 3 of a sachet 1 may contain a different dose of product respectively in a different physical state.

  For example, a compartment of the capsule contains a liquid, a gel, a solid, a gas, a powder, a cream, etc. and the other compartment a liquid, a gel a solid, a gas, a powder, a cream, etc.

  The sachet according to the invention comprises at least one medial inner wall 11. Alternatively, it can be provided at least two median inner walls 11.

  Thus, as illustrated in FIGS. 12 and 13, respectively two compartments 4 and 5 and three compartments 4, 5, 12 are formed up to the level of the flow or extraction means 7 or the capsule 3 itself.

  In known manner, the outer films forming the bag is produced in a horizontal or vertical process using a coil which divides or folds in two parts to form the front side 1A and the backside 1B of the sachets 1. Then, these two parts of the coil undergo sealing, marking and formation of opening primers. The bags thus formed are then perforated for cutting and shaping.

  At the end of the chain each dose is distributed in the number of existing compartments before being hermetically sealed.10 In order to create at least one two compartments in the preformed capsule 3 in the outer films, it is necessary to insert another coil creating thus the median inner wall 11.

  Thus, the number of additional coils to be inserted is a function of the number of median internal wall and therefore of the number of compartments desired.

  The films are thermo-sealed and heat-sealed to form a hermetic and waterproof bag. Alternatively, they can also be welded via ultrasound, high frequency sound, cold induction or by any other type of welding known per se.

  Alternatively, each compartmentalized dose can be fractionated vertically by thermal sealing in two as well. For example, the additional sealing of a capsule contained in a bag comprising two compartments results in a sachet comprising a capsule with four compartments or doses. Advantageously, the device according to the invention has a very good mechanical resistance to pressure and friction forces for their insertion in magazines, for example (2.5 tons for 6 seconds), postal mailing, press distribution, without deterioration. in stamping, broaching, gluing or other machines, the magazines thus handled and handled, as well as during the manual distribution of the samples. The films forming the bag 1 and the medial wall 11 must have an instantaneous mechanical and physical resistance but also resist the 3o aging and the extreme conditions of temperature and humidity.

  To do this, flexible films consist of complex materials.

  The layers of material forming the film are arranged according to the desired structure, printing, sealing, sticking, thickness, strength and mechanical strength of the bag 1.

  By way of example, the films forming the outer faces of the bag and the inner wall may consist of layers of PET, aluminum, PE materials or mixtures thereof. One possible option is to include an external receiving receptacle in the bag 1 (not shown but of a type known per se) of the mixture coming from the flow means 7 or the capsule 3.

  All the possibilities are not described in the present description but those skilled in the art can easily create sachets 1 samples alone or in pack 8 comprising one or more capsules 3 divided into at least two compartments or doses that can be provided various flow means 7 which can be associated with various opening means 6.

  The sachet 1 comprising the capsule 3 containing at least two doses of ready-to-use product sample is opened via means of opening 6.
