Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition for coating a support comprising: -an aqueous solvent; -a polycarboxylic acid; -a catalyst for the formation of an anhydrous acid intermediate starting from polycarboxylic acid; -a sol-gel precursor, all the groups of which are hydrolysable, with functional particles and/or a sol-gel precursor comprising at least one non-hydrolysable functional group; or a sol-gel precursor comprising at least one non-hydrolysable functional group, and optionally functional particles, the use thereof for coating a support and the coating thus obtained.
