Abstract

The mat has a returnable rectangular rigid panel (1) occupying different configurations, where a portion (3) of the panel is raised at a portion end in one of the configurations. The portion is movable between a raised position in which the portion is remote from a surface of the mat, and a retracted position in which the portion faces the surface of the mat. A retaining unit (11) retains the portion in raised position. The portion is folded over the panel. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a luggage compartment mat.

[1] L'invention concerne un tapis de coffre pour véhicule. L'invention concerne également un véhicule comprenant un tel tapis de coffre. [2] Le seuil de chargement de certains véhicules se situe au même niveau que celui de leur tapis de coffre. Cette configuration présente un intérêt pour charger des objets dans le coffre. Par contre, dans certaines situations, par exemple lorsque le véhicule est garé en pente ou à cheval sur un io trottoir, les objets en cours de chargement risquent de tomber sur la route. [3] Il est connu du brevet FR 2 885 571 un véhicule comportant un plancher mobile de coffre à bagages. Ce véhicule est équipé d'un volet arrière de coffre qui s'actionne 15 de telle sorte qu'en position ouverte, le volet se trouve dans le prolongement du plancher de coffre. [4] Le plancher comprend, d'une part, un tapis de coffre rigide plan monté mobile en rotation sur le bord inférieur du dossier d'une rangée de sièges vers l'avant du véhicule et, d'autre 20 part, une tablette articulée montée mobile en rotation sur le bord supérieur du volet de coffre vers l'arrière du véhicule. Un tel plancher ne permet pas d'avoir un seuil de chargement du véhicule au même niveau que celui du tapis de coffre tout en évitant que les objets ne tombent lorsque le véhicule est garé. En effet, lorsque la tablette est relevée en position d'arrêt de charge, le plancher présente une discontinuité entre l'extrémité arrière du tapis de coffre et la tablette. [6] Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un tapis de coffre au niveau du seuil de chargement du coffre qui permet de retenir les objets à l'intérieur du coffre lorsque le io véhicule n'est pas garé à plat. [7] A cet effet, l'invention concerne un tapis de coffre pour véhicule comprenant un panneau rigide apte à occuper différentes configurations caractérisé en ce qu'une portion du panneau est relevée à son extrémité dans au moins une de ses 15 configurations. [8] C'est le tapis qui assure à la fois le fait que les objets puissent être chargés au niveau du seuil de chargement et le fait que ces objets puissent être bloqués longitudinalement de façon à ne pas glisser du véhicule. Il s'agit donc d'une 20 structure très simple et économique car elle ne nécessite pas d'employer plusieurs éléments mais uniquement le tapis avec une forme particulière. [9] De préférence, le tapis présente un profil en forme de L. [10] De cette façon, la portion relevée forme un angle droit 25 avec le plan moyen du panneau et permet d'arrêter les charges en translation longitudinale.
