Présentation du concept
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant la vente de pain frais sous forme de baguettes ou autres par un distributeur fonctionnant 24h sur 24, acceptant les francs ou modifiable suivant les monnaies à venir (Euros, cartes bancaire etc...) Cet appareil tel qu'il est représenté sur le schéma n'l, conceme un distributeur à baguettes qui pourra cuire et vendre du pain de forme et de taille différentes. Pour se faire les espaces de stockage de la chambre froide, la forme des crochets des norias, la vitesse d'avancement du tapis de cuisson, les résistances de chauffage, les étagéres de stockage du produit fini, la noria de distribution du produit fini, les systèmes de décollements du pain et la grandeur des armoires devront subir quelques transformations La vente des baguettes de pain par les distributeurs traditionnels a des inconvénients majeurs : Le dessèchement du pain dû à un stockage prolongé des baguettes dont la cuisson est terminées et sont prêtes à la vente, les fréquences d'approvisionnements de pain frais aléatoires en fonction de l'état du stock, des pertes non négligeables dû a un produit qui se dégrade relativement vite s'il n'est pas vendu dans les douze heures qui suive sa fabrication, des problèmes de dysfonctionnements et de fiabilités de la machine qui est dû a un produit qui peut s'avérer collant (résidus de farine)
du fait qu'il y a un phénomène de condensation car la température des baguettes n'est pas forcément celle de la machine et donc une tendance à ce que les baguettes collent aux étagères.
