Abstract
The radiator (10) has a heating block (17) that is controlled by a control module (14). The heating block uses the heating units (19a, 19b) of type that has positive temperature coefficient. The heating units couple according to their temperature levels of that are different from each other. The heating units are maintained by bars and a heat radiating unit is installed between the bars. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ventilation installation.
