Description

The invention relates to a make-up set of a new type.

  In fact, to adapt to the different needs of the clientele, the invention aims to propose a modular assembly making it possible to constitute an extensive makeup palette comprising in particular several types of makeup (foundation, blush, etc.) or a reduced pallet for less bulk. Such an assembly also makes it possible to easily compose a palette adapted to the tastes of each. According to the invention, this assembly comprises: - a plurality of independent boxes, each comprising: ò a base having a housing, and * a cover hinged on the base, movable between a closed position in which it substantially closes the housing and a open position in which it allows access to said housing, - a base, - releasable retaining means for releasably holding each of the housings, via their base, on said base, so that the cover of each of the housings remains movable between the open and closed positions when the housings are retained on the base. 20 Thus, the housings can be used individually or

together, grouped on the base.

  In addition, once grouped on the base, the boxes remain independent of each other, so that it is possible to keep the cover of at least one of the boxes closed, while using another box. The case with the lid closed can then be used for gripping

  In order to further improve the ergonomics of the assembly, the invention

  proposes that the base be circular in shape and that the housings be substantially all of the same dimensions and in the form of a circular arc.

  Thus, it is very simple to create a composition corresponding to your needs and the set is very practical to use. According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the retaining means comprise a recess formed in the base and a projecting element of shapes complementary to the recess, integral with the base, so as to be closely received in said recess by interlocking. The assembly is not only simple in design, therefore of a relatively moderate and robust cost price, but also easy to use. In addition, in accordance with another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the assembly has the following characteristics: - the boxes each have a joining edge coming substantially into contact with the joining edge of another box, - the base of the boxes has a height, - the base has a substantially planar base from which separating elements project from a height slightly less than the height of the base of the housings, - said separating elements extend substantially between the

  joining edges of two adjacent boxes and the base of the base.

  Thus, the separating elements guide the user in placing the boxes on the base, but do not detract from the aesthetic appearance of the assembly since they are camouflaged when the boxes are retained on the base. In order to take advantage of the complementarity between the boxes, according to yet another advantageous characteristic of the invention: - at least one box has an interior face carrying a mirror and at least one other does not, and - at least one box has a housing containing a

  applicator and at least one other does not.

  The assembly 1 comprises a plurality of housings, here three 2a, 2b, 2c,! 5 held on a base 22 of substantially circular shape, constituting here substantially three quarters of a circle (in reality slightly more than three quarters of circles, almost 6/7 circle, for improved aesthetics and ergonomics). These boxes 2a, 2b, 2c are substantially in the form of a quarter of a circle (in reality a little more than a quarter of a circle) and all have substantially the same external dimensions. Each of the boxes is independent of the others, can be used individually, and includes a

  base 4 and a cover 6 hinged relative to the base.

  The housings 2a, 2b, 2c differ from each other by the different receptacles provided in the base. These receptacles consist of housings 14 intended to contain cosmetic products of different natures and / or colors and, for certain housings 2a, 2c, by a housing 16 receiving an applicator 18. The housing 2b has no housing for receiving an applicator, in order to have housings 14 for larger cosmetic products. The user can use the applicators 18 placed in the other boxes 2a, 2c to apply the

cosmetic product.

  Each box 2a, 2b, 2c is provided with its own hinge 5 for moving its own cover 6 between an open position illustrated in FIG. 2 and a closed position illustrated in FIG. 1. When the cover 6 is in the open position, the user has access to the housings 14 for cosmetic products and to the housings 16 containing the applicators 18. On the other hand, when the cover is in the closed position, it substantially seals these

different receptacles.

  The housing 2b has an interior face 8 carrying a mirror 10. The other housings 2a, 2c are here devoid of this insofar as a mirror is sufficient for the user to be able to see and apply makeup. We could have provided a mirror of a different type (magnifying, convex type, for example) on the

  inside of one of the other boxes.

  In order to maintain the housings 2a, 2b, 2c on the base 22, the base 4 of each housing has in the lower part 3 a recess 12 extending over most of this lower part and the base has a substantially flat base 24 of which project elements 26 having shapes complementary to those of the recess 12 formed in the lower part of the housings. Thus, the elements 26 can be inserted closely inside the recesses 12 and clip the boxes 2a, 2b, 2c onto the base 22 by

elastic deformation.

  In order to facilitate the positioning of the boxes 2a, 2b, 2c on the base 22, said base also has separating elements 28 in the form of a bevel projecting from a height h relative to the base 24. Once the housings 2a, 2b, 2c in place on the base 22, the bases 4 of the housings come into substantial contact with one another via junction edges 20a, 20b, 20c covering the separation elements 28. The base 4 of housings have a height H corresponding to the distance between the lower part 3 and the junction edge 20b. This height H being substantially greater than the height h of the separation elements 28, said separation elements 28 extending substantially between the joining edges 20a, 20b and

  the base 24 of the base is then not visible.

  The user can then, at his discretion, use a box alone or

set 1 complete.

  Of course, the invention is in no way limited to the embodiment which has just been described by way of nonlimiting example. Thus, taking into account in particular the modularity, other configurations could be provided, for example three identical housings, although this solution does not seem optimal.

Make-up set (1) comprising: - a plurality of independent boxes (2a, 2b, 2c) each comprising: 5. a base (4) having a housing (14,16), and * an articulated cover (6) on the base, movable between a closed position in which it substantially closes the housing and an open position in which it allows access to said housing, a base (22), - releasable retaining means (12, 26) for holding each housings releasably, via their base (4), on said base (22), so that the cover (6) of each of the housings remains movable between the open and closed positions when the housings are retained on the base.   2. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the base (22) is of circular shape and the housings (2a, 2b, 2c) are substantially all   of the same dimensions and in the shape of an arc of a circle.   3. An assembly according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the retaining means comprise a recess (12) formed in the base (4) and a projecting element (26) of complementary shapes of the recess, integral with the base, so as to be tightly   received in said hollow by interlocking.   4. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims,   characterized in that: - the boxes each have a joining edge (20a, 20b, 20c) coming substantially into contact with the joining edge of another box, - the base of the boxes has a height (H), - the base has a substantially flat base (24) from which separating elements (28) project from a height (h) slightly less than the height (H) of the base of the housings,   - Said separating elements (28) extend substantially between the junction edges (20a, 20b) of two adjacent housings and the base of the base.   5. Assembly according to any one of the preceding claims,   characterized in that: - at least one housing (2b) has an interior face (8) carrying a mirror (10) and at least one other (2a, 2c) is not, and - at least one housing (2a, 2c ) has a housing (16) containing   one applicator (18) and at least one other (2b) does not have one.
