Abstract

The top of the crate is made from a sheet cut out of synthetic material. It has a central part with holes (4) and two longitudinal flaps (5). Each flap is applied against the longitudinal ends of the crate side. The flaps are extended beyond the length of the cage sides by two bands (6). The band ends are welded (7) to the ends of the band extending from the other flap in order to form a side bracing. The bracing has a perimeter length less than the crate perimeter.
