Abstract

The subject of the invention is a game. It consists of a wing (1) made from light material, the shape of which is inscribed globally within a triangle. One small side of the triangle has a reinforcement (2) which forms the leading edge of the device in the air. A sphere (3) is fixed to the apex of the triangle, common to the wing (1) and to the profiled reinforcement (2) forming the leading edge. The device of the invention is intended particularly for throwing vertically or horizontally in the air. When it falls back down again, the object will rotate, spinning rapidly, thereby braking its fall so as to enable the player(s) to catch it.

Description

DESCRIPTION
The object of the present invention is a game. The principle of this game was born from the observation of the fall to the ground of the fruit of the sycamore maple.

The device for implementing the invention is an assembly made up of three elements.

1- a wing: it is a profiled surface of small thickness whose shape is generally registered in an equilateral triangle which is profiled from the base whose thickness is the thinnest, increasing regularly towards the small side.

2- A linear reinforcement on the short side ensures the rigidity of the wing and constitutes the leading edge of the craft in the air.

3-A sphere is attached to the tip of the triangle common to the wing and the profiled reinforcement forming the leading edge.

The game consists of:
AA one or more players, to throw and fly, the object thus described, in the air
vertically as high as possible, and catch it when it descends to the ground.

B- To several players, throw it horizontally and catch it, each in turn.

The game can also consist of throwing it in any direction to make it fly and form various figures according to the dexterity and skill of the players.

The three elements thus described: wing, reinforcement, sphere, form an object which has the first characteristic of being able to be launched into the air, driven by the mass and the aerodynamic profile of the sphere. By initiating the descent towards the ground, l the wing then sets in a horizontal position thanks to the weight constituted by the extra thickness of the leading edge profile. The wing and leading edge profile (in the air) initiate a rotation around the sphere, the central point of the rotation is confused with the center of the sphere. Continuing its descent to the ground, this gyratory movement accelerates regularly, the object is screwed into the air, slowing the fall towards the ground thus allowing the player (s) to catch up with the object which has reached its (their) height.

According to particular embodiments:
A-The object can consist of several distinct elements, assembled.

A thin sheet, plastic for example, forming the wing on which is fixed a reinforcement, 2 half spheres on either side of the wing and a rebate along the axis of the wing. The fasteners may be according to the manufacturing method chosen: glued, screwed, welded or nested.

 B-The object, for reasons of maneuverability, grip and safety may be partially or entirely molded in foam, flexible or semi-rigid (polyurethane foam for example).

This game can be monochrome or polychrome in endless combinations.

According to these different embodiments, the object can be of variable dimensions depending on the use and the destination.
According to the nature and the density of the materials used for the realization, and in order to satisfy the described principles generating the gyratory flight, the general shape of the wing can be slightly modified.

With reference to these drawings: - BOARD 1:
The device comprises a sphere (3) integral with a wing (l) and a reinforcement (2) profiled in excess thickness. A notch (4) can be made to facilitate the horizontal flight of the machine.

Figures (1), (2), (3), (4) show the use of a fine material forming the wing (a plastic sheet for example, with profiled reinforcement (2) and two hemispheres (3 ) assemblies.

By way of nonlimiting example, the object described measures 16 cm in its greatest length.

The device developed for this invention is particularly intended for a game.

 constituting the leading edge of the craft in the air, -A sphere (3) fixed on the tip of the triangle common to the wing (l) and the reinforcement (2) profiled forming the leading edge.  l-Device intended for a game, characterized in that it comprises: - A wing (l) the shape of which is generally inscribed in a triangle, - A reinforcement (2) on the short side of the triangle ensuring the rigidity of the wing (1) and 2-Device according to claim (l), characterized in that it can be constituted by elements produced separately and assembled. 3-Device according to claim (l), characterized in that it can be fully molded in one piece. 4-Device according to one of claims (l), (2) or (3), characterized in that it can be made of flexible materials. 5-Device according to one of claims (l), (2) or (3), characterized in that it can be made of rigid materials. 6-Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wing (1) may include a notch (4). 7-Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sphere may include a rebate along the axis of the wing (l). 8-Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the shape of the wing (l) can be changed according to the density of the material used for its production.
