  The invention relates to a mono-ski of the type

  wearing a heel, a sole and a spatula, intended to receive a set of shoe bindings, in order to promote the practice of skiing on all types of snow. We know that the maneuverability of such a ski is very random and depends essentially on the skill of the skier who must strive to maintain a position

  rigorously centered on the longitudinal axis of the ski.

  This position can only be maintained at the cost of significant muscular effort, the relaxation of which results in

falls and accidents.

  The invention relates to an improved ski which promotes the correct positioning of the skier in order to maintain a natural position, free from muscle contractions. Consequently, the

  resulting accidents will generally be avoided.

  Another object of the invention is a freestyle ski which promotes the production of dance or ballet figures using a balance consisting of

skier's arms and sticks.

  The invention also relates to an assembled mono-ski whose front and rear ends, longer and more flexible, allow an attack

  different from snow, especially when cornering.

  According to the invention, the mono-ski is constituted by two lateral elementary skis carrying the shoe bindings, attached to a median ski and joined by a manual assembly means which allows movement

  relative of the side skis with respect to the median ski.

  Referring to Figures 1-2, the mono-ski is constituted by two elementary side 2-3 skis combined with a middle ski 1. The middle ski 1 of length L is longer than the side skis 2.3 of length 1 and extends forward with a 10% overshoot rate and toward

the rear with a rate of 5%.

  These approximate values given by way of example make it possible to satisfy the conditions
