Abstract

The invention relates to a packaging, especially a vacuum-packaging, for products exuding moisture when they are enclosed in the packaging. The packaging comprises a leaktight envelope (2) in a transparent material, characterised in that it comprises, arranged between the said envelope (2) and the outer surface of the product (1), over at least a part thereof, a layer (3) in a material which has the capability to absorb the moisture exuding from the packaged product and is transparent at least after the absorption of the moisture. The invention can be used for packaging food products, such as cooked pork-meat products.
