Abstract

The subject of the present invention is a screwing socket including means for holding and retaining a nut and means for transmitting the rotational movement of the rotating spindle (4) of an automatic screwing machine to the nut. According to the invention it comprises a driver (1) equipped with means for fastening to the spindle (4), an adaptor piece (2) which is connected to the driver (1) by means for driving with play, and includes means for driving the nut and a magnet (7) for retaining the nut in the adaptor piece (2).
