Abstract

Device for controlling the projection of a roller shutter 6 which is fitted to a window 3 which opens by rotation of its frame 4 about an essentially horizontal axis 5, the guiding slides 9 of the shutter screen (apron) being articulated, preferably, to the straight part of the upper crossbar of the window, along an essentially horizontal axis 15. This control device is characterised in that it comprises: - on the one hand, securely fastened to at least one of the slides 9 of the shutter, at least one essentially rectilinear rail 18 which extends approximately parallel to this slide 9 and forms a slideway, and, - on the other hand, in order to move in this slideway, an essentially horizontal spindle finger 19, which is itself securely fastened to the frame and located at a point chosen outside the axis of rotation of the said frame, in particular at the level of the part of this frame which itself projects towards the outside of the construction when the window is open.
